Hi, I’m Venky.
I’ve spent 20 years working as an IT Support Administrator — which means I’ve seen almost every computer problem imaginable. Crashed servers, corrupted drives, error messages that make no sense, Wi-Fi that works on every device except the one that matters.
Over the years, I noticed something: most of the fixes online are either too vague to be useful, or so technical that regular people can’t follow them. And the people who needed help most — everyday users, seniors, beginners — were being left behind.
That’s why I started ITTechSolution.
My goal is simple: take real IT knowledge and make it useful for real people. Whether you’re an everyday user who just wants their computer to work, or a fellow technician looking for a fast answer to a specific error — I write for both.
What I bring to every post:
- 20 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Real problems I’ve personally solved (not just theory)
- Plain English explanations — no unnecessary jargon
- Safe, tested fixes — no sketchy downloads or risky workarounds
My background, for those who want the details: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and I’m certified in VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, ITIL V3, and Solaris system administration. I’ve worked across Windows servers, Linux environments, networking, virtualization, storage, and end-user support.
But honestly? The credential that matters most is this: I’ve sat across from frustrated users and helped them fix their problem — thousands of times.
Got a problem I haven’t covered yet? Drop it in the contact page — reader suggestions have become some of my most-read posts.
