When Installing the Cisco Anyconnect on Windows, encounter the following error “Unable to establish VPN connection”
Windows 8 fix to this error is very simple and have to tweak windows registry a configuration of Cisco Any Connect SSLVPN.

Follow these steps to Fix error “Unable to establish VPN Connection”
- Open notepad and copy below regedit path into it
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesvpnva]
“DisplayName”=”Cisco AnyConnect VPN Virtual Miniport Adapter for Windows x64”
- Save the notepad as Cisco Anyconnect.reg
( To save as REG file, “Save as type:” option to “All Files” )
- Double click on the Cisco Anyconnect.reg . Click “Yes” to continue.
Now try logging in to Cisco AnyConnect SSLVPN and should be successfully connect to Cisco Any Connect Service.
